10 things to say to overcome negativity

Sometimes life can be challenging and during this time it is difficult to see the silver lining.

Here are a few things you can do and say to calm yourself in negative circumstances.

  1. I do not know how but everything will be fine.

  2. I hand all my problems to Source.  You take care of it.

  3. I cannot change anyone, not my partner, my co workers, my family, all I can do is change my situation or change my reaction to the problem. I choose to change.

  4. If someone is in your life that affects you negatively, pretend you are speaking to them and say “i am sending you love. You are a negative force but I appreciate you because I now see there is a quality in me that attracted you. If it were not for you I would not know I activated such a negative quality. Thank you.

  5. List everything that you are grateful for and the reasons why. Be grateful to the job you have because it enables you to buy food and pay accounts. If you are single be grateful because there is no compromising or having to consider another person’s feelings. You are free.

  6.  My purpose is not to suffer. I am here to have fun.

  7. My source is calling me and when I am not happy, I am moving away from who I really am. So I choose to be happy.

  8. Breathe deeply and say ” I am love, I am light, I am worthy, so I will not let anyone or anything bring me down.

  9. God will never give me anything I cannot handle

  10.  Abraham says ” what others think of me is never my business” so I do not care what people think. I will do what I think is right
