Gratitude diet are daily videos you watch that show images guiding you with prompts on things you can appreciate in life. When you find difficulty in finding things to be grateful for research shows that recalling things you previously were grateful for can be just as effective.
Write a letter to someone you appreciate, detail everything you appreciate about that person and read the letter to them.
Make a box of appreciation, decorate it and label it. Everyday write notes of all the abundance you have experienced. The box is a visual reminder to focus on gratitude everytime you look at it.
Keep a gratitude journal. List what you appreciate for the day. Count your blessings and remember all the positive people and aspects of your day.
