Easy meditation technique

At first meditation may seem difficult, difficult to find the time, difficult to remain still, difficult to stop stressing but once you begin you will quickly reap the rewards of meditation. 

Abraham suggests to meditate every morning for 15 minutes.

  1. Choose a comfortable position. There is no need to sit cross legged. It is your choice. Place one hand on your chest and the other on your stomach.

  2. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose.

  3. Hold your breath and count till five.

  4. After the count release through the mouth.

Continue holding your breath and releasing for 15 minutes.

The aim of this is to try and keep your focus away from the negative thoughts and to attain a state of allowing.

By simply controlling your breath you are well on your way to a better life.

People that were normally negative towards you will change. Your interaction with people will be more pleasant. People that are generally rude or stubborn will start softening their negative attitude towards you. 

With meditation you are able to handle stressful situations better. Your tolerance and patience with others will increase.

Things that normally frustrated you will no longer seem important. Things that upset you become insignificant and are now overlooked easily.
